You can use the FUSE Observations search page: http://archive.stsci.edu/fuse/search.php You can select which observations you want to download using the "Mark" column on the left. When you select all your data, hit "Submit marked data for retrieval from STDADS" button and follow instructions.

A (potentially) better way is to use the MAST Portal: mast.stsci.edu. Do a search on a position or target name in the search box at the top. After you get search results, use the left side to select Mission = "FUSE". You can then save these files directly to your computer with the Save icon, or add them to your basket. which acts like a shopping cart used in online stores.

Either way, I strongly recommend using the "*vo.fits" files, since they are in a more modern FITS format. Please let me know if you have any other questions or problems getting the data.
